The Damper bolt features a low profile 12-Point head, 200,000 psi tensile strength rating and includes a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.
To ensure proper thread engagement and accurate torque readings, clean the threads in the end of the crankshaft. Chase if necessary
with a Thread Chaser or Tap. Lubricate the threads of the bolt, the underhead of the bolt and the front face of the balancer (where the washer contacts the balancer) with ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT. Then install the washer onto the bolt and install the bolt hand tight. Tighten the balancer bolt to 255 ft-lbs using ARP ULTRA TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT
