The S&B 83-2004 Hot Side Intercooler Pipe is the go-to replacement for the weak OEM pipe found on 2016–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. Featuring a 3.0” polished aluminum pipe, 40% larger than stock, this kit delivers improved airflow, better turbo response, and long-term reliability thanks to FKM-lined, 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone couplers and spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.
