The S&B 83-2005 Hot Side Intercooler Pipe is engineered specifically for 2023–2026 High Output 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The OEM intercooler pipe is known to fail under boost—this 40% larger, high-flow replacement features a 3.0″ polished aluminum CAC pipe, 4-ply aramid-reinforced FKM-lined silicone hose, and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps to handle the added pressure and heat of the High Output system.
Note: This pipe only fits 2023–2026 High Output models. For standard 6.7L fitment, see S&B 83-2004.
